Investor briefing

Last Stop Village

Last Stop Village is an asset-management company building a network of specialized telehealth and wellness consumer brands on a shared clinical and ops core. One operating system — intake, prescribing pathway, pharmacy routing, compliance, and payments — powers many consumer faces, so capital compounds across brands instead of rebuilding infrastructure each time. The thesis mirrors multi-brand digital health portfolios like Eucalyptus and category-expanding DTC telehealth platforms like Hims & Hers: shared leverage, distinct demand pools.

Comparable — Eucalyptus Multi-brand digital health portfolio; one ops backbone, several consumer verticals.
Comparable — Hims & Hers Multi-category DTC telehealth; brand faces for distinct categories on shared clinical rails.

Model — one core, N brand sites

Capital enters at the Village (asset) layer. A small seed into Site 1 validates creative, funnel, and unit economics. Cash flow and learnings waterfall into Sites 2–N without re-paying fixed clinical and compliance costs.

01

Shared core

LastStop OS: EMR/BFF, OpenLoop clinician network, pharmacy BAAs, payments, brand registry.

02

Site 1 prove-out

Calendar-gated ramp: 3→6→10 sites by day 90. Measure CAC, start→paid, refill retention.

03

Waterfall

Surplus and playbook fund Sites 2–N. Same cluster certs; new creative face only.

04

Portfolio scale

20 brand faces LIVE now on laststop-fleet.fly.dev (01–20). Original dense ~100KB V2s also under /v2-* on the same fleet. Upgrades ship once, land everywhere.

What stays shared

  • Clinical pathway — OpenLoop (or equivalent) enterprise agreement, tagged by cluster
  • Compliance — 3 LegitScript (or equivalent) slots, not 10
  • Pharmacy — 1–2 vendor BAAs; brand is a label on the order
  • Platform — one API / BFF upgrade bus; brand packs are themes + copy

What forks per brand

  • Consumer face — domain, design system, messaging, creative
  • Program menu — which protocols appear in intake for that face
  • Ad account — spend and creative tests per brand / cluster
  • Demand pool — metabolic vs men’s vs longevity audiences (less cannibalization)

Four systems. One platform.

Clinic ops, compliance, and creative run as distinct products on one shared intelligence layer. Same spine across lean founder launches and institutional 10-site builds.

Research branch — 10 style / research faces (LIVE)

Faces 11–20 are already face-live on laststop-fleet alongside commercial 01–10. Their niche posture is research and education only (not commercial launch inventory), anticipating clearer legal pathways for compounded / specialty peptides over time. No product sales until counsel and regulators clear a path.

Trajectory

  1. Now — research posture: publish education, cite sources, collect interest waitlists; no sales claims.
  2. Watch — legal pathway: counsel monitors compounding / peptide guidance; cluster certs stay ready.
  3. Then — selective commercialize: convert cleared protocols onto existing Cluster C (or new) rails; retire or keep research faces as SEO/education.

Roadmap — from zero to fleet

~30 of ~50 steps already behind us (build). Remaining = launch stack: domains, payments, clinical rails, marketing, and the multi-site split.

Why the list is long. Skipping the build depth cheapens the asset. Domains and payments are backfills — necessary, but not the only work already done. The fleet pages, design system, economics, and hosts are the durable inventory.
